Ask yourself, "Who's leading us, and doing the work to shape our community and our world?" The first people you think of are probably our elected leaders, government officials, and policymakers in the public sector. Then maybe the private sector business leaders that invest in our communities come to mind. But those answers paint an incomplete picture. There's a third, absolutely essential group of leaders out there, driven not by duty or profit, but by the clarity of their respective visions. That critical third sector is the nonprofit sector, and those are the mission-driven community leaders that Sector 3 exists to serve.
